El costo es de $3,500.00 por evaluación, a menos que detalles adicionales requieran más tiempo del previsto. Si más de un miembro de la familia necesita ser evaluado (algo común en familias con dependientes), habrá un cargo adicional basado en el tiempo extra requerido, pero te lo informaré con anticipación. Debido al alto volumen de consultas, requiero un anticipo no reembolsable de $500.00 para reservar la fecha. Esta cantidad se descontará del total. Esto es únicamente para evitar cancelaciones de último momento. Por favor ten en cuenta que la fecha no queda garantizada hasta que se haya pagado el anticipo.

Prefiero recibir el pago completo el día de la primera entrevista. Si es necesario hacer pagos, el saldo debe quedar completamente pagado el día de la última entrevista. No entrego la evaluación hasta que esté pagada.

La evaluación es un proceso detallado. Generalmente son entre 3 y 5 horas para el papeleo, las evaluaciones y las entrevistas, y entre 8 y 10 horas para analizar la información y redactar el documento. Podemos completar la parte de la entrevista en una sola sesión o dividirla en 2 o 3 sesiones, dependiendo de tu disponibilidad de tiempo. Una vez que la entrevista esté completa, me toma entre 2 y 3 semanas finalizar la evaluación.
Después de recibir tus datos, te enviaré un email de TherapyNotes con el enlace para crear tu cuenta en el portal. Ahí encontrarás una serie de documentos necesarios para iniciar el proceso. Uno de estos documentos incluye llenar datos para hacer el pago con tarjeta de crédito. Tambien recibo Venmo y Paypal.

Ya que quede garantizada la cita, también voy a necesitar toda la documentación que tengas soportando tu caso, como reportes policiales, narrativas personales, cartas de testigos, reportes médicos, etcétera. Necesito toda la documentación antes de la primer sesión para preparar la entrevista.

The cost is $3,500.00 per evaluation, unless additional details require more time than initially anticipated. If more than one family member needs to be evaluated (which is common in families with dependents), there will be an additional fee based on the extra time required, but I will inform you in advance.

Due to the high volume of inquiries, I require a non-refundable $500.00 retainer fee to reserve the appointment. This amount will be applied toward the total cost. This policy is in place to prevent last-minute cancellations. Please note that the appointment is not guaranteed until the retainer has been paid.

I prefer to receive full payment on the day of the first interview. If a payment plan is necessary, the remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the final interview. I do not release the evaluation until it has been fully paid.

The evaluation is a detailed process. It typically involves 3 to 5 hours for paperwork, assessments, and interviews, and 8 to 10 hours to analyze the information and write the report. We can complete the interview portion in a single session or divide it into 2 or 3 sessions, depending on your availability. Once the interview is complete, it takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks to finalize the evaluation.

After I receive your information, I will send you an email from TherapyNotes with a link to create your portal account. There, you will find a set of required documents to begin the process. One of these forms includes providing your credit card information for payment. I also accept Venmo and PayPal.

Once the appointment is secured, I will also need all documentation supporting your case, such as police reports, personal statements, witness letters, medical records, etc. I require all documentation before the first session so I can properly prepare for the interview.
